How does the Affiliate Programme work

About the programme

The affiliate programme is open to the general public and businesses who want to potentially earn commission in the form of vouchers.

How much does it cost to join?

This programme is completely free.

What do I need to do in order to earn commission?

When you sign up to the scheme you will be given 10 promotional leaflets with your Unique Affiliate Number printed on the reverse.

All you need to do is give these leaflets to friends/ family members or customers, who are looking to purchase a new floor either now or in the future.

When a customer contacts us, we request how they heard about Oakleigh Flooring Limited. The customer will then need to clarify your name or business. This can be confirmed from the Unique Affiliate number on their promotional leaflet.

Next you will receive an e-mail once:-

  • We have an enquiry from a customer that has been recommended by you.
  • A signed order and deposit is obtained. This will also detail the potential commission payable.
  • The job is completed and the balance is paid in full. The commission is guaranteed, so you can view a statement of your account.

Should the total balance of your account be £25 or more you can then e mail us confirming the vouchers you would like. You can choose from the following high street stores or supermarkets.

  • Argos
  • Asda
  • BHS
  • Boots
  • Clarks
  • Debenhams
  • John Lewis
  • Marks and Spencer’s
  • Morrison’s
  • Next
  • Sainsbury’s
  • Tesco
  • Toys R Us

How much commission will I be paid?

You will earn 5% commission of the total price paid by the customer.

All commission is paid in the form of vouchers 1 month in arrears of the job being completed and paid for in full.

For Example...

Mr Oakleigh Flooring has his new flooring fitted on the 16th January and full payment is made.

You will receive your chosen vouchers by post no later than Friday 27th February (Last working day of the month).

Please note that we only pay affiliate accounts with a minimum balance of £25. If your account balance is less then £25 it will be carried forward until it reaches that amount or more.

How do I know I am being paid the correct amount of commission?

There is an element of trust in everything but for accounting purposes everything is recorded including your commission.

If when completing the annual accounts a discrepancy was found, you would be informed and any commission in the form of vouchers owing would be paid within 28 days.

In the unlikely event of a disagreement between Oakleigh Flooring Limited and an Affiliate Member we are under the jurisdiction of the UK’s legal system and courts, and would accept any decision decided by them. This however does not affect our ability to appeal should we feel the ruling is wrong.

What happens when I run out of promotional leaflets?

If you require more promotional leaflets you can order them free of charge by phone or e mail.
