CFS Luxi-Tex vinyl is a collection of realistic wood and stone designs that could transform a room in the home.

There are a range of traditional designs that replicate oak in a wood plank: English Oak, Antique Oak and Medium Oak.

There is a choice of stunning stone tile designs including Flagstone Grey and Tile Grey. The modern Distressed Oak has a weathered effect and the on trend Silver Oak has stylish silver and grey tones.

In a home Luxi-Tex is ideal for a lounge, living room, sitting room or bedroom because it is warm and comfortable underfoot. Luxi-Tex is an easy to clean floor so perfect for a kitchen, utility room, boot room, cloakroom WC, hallway, bathroom, shower room and en suite.

The Luxi-Tex sheet vinyl is an easy to maintain, practical and pet friendly flooring.

Luxi-Tex has a felt backing and an impact noise reduction 18dB.

Lino can be low cost flooring for renovation projects on a budget or a rental property.

CFS Luxi-Tex cushion vinyl is suitable for light commercial applications.

Luxi-Tex vinyl has a Wear Layer: 0.30mm, Thickness: 3.80mm, Impact Noise Reduction: 18dB, Total Weight: 2300g/m², Slip Resistance Class: R10, Classification: 23 Heavy Domestic Use, 31 Light Commercial Use.

Oakleigh Flooring has floor preparation, plywood and adhesive if required. Also consider entrance matting which can help capture debris brought in from outside by foot and wheeled traffic.

The CFS Luxi-Tex vinyl has a 15 Year Domestic Warranty* for normal wear and tear in the recommended environment if the vinyl has been fitted correctly and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
